It features 14 elements, including aspheric and low-dispersion (APD), plus a T* coating. The 100mm F1.4 has a minimum working distance of 1m (39″) and a maximum magnification of 0.12x. The all-metal lens is hefty, weighing in at 1.4kg (3.1lbs) for the Canon version, and a bit less for Nikon mount.
