The Leica APO-Summicron-SL 35mm F2 ASPH is a fast, standard prime lens for Panasonic and Leica L-mount cameras. The lens has 13 elements, 5 of which are aspherical. The lens’s DSD (Dual Synchro Drive) is comprised of two stepping motors which allows it to travel the entire focus range in 250ms, according to Leica. A unique magnetic manual focusing system allows for faster and more precise adjustments than conventional systems. The minimum focus distance is 27cm/12in, with a magnification of 0.2x. The lens is sealed against dust and moisture.
